Job Summary
Maintain and repair HVAC systems and equipment while establishing customer rapport to offer solutions and provide the correct service. Keep the job site and truck clean and organized, and participate in training, meetings, and company events. Ensure safety is your primary job by adhering to OSHA requirements and general safe working practices. This full-time role reports to the Service Manager from the Gaithersburg, MD office. Candidates need 2+ years of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $20,000 for experienced technicians and competitive pay starting at $30+ per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with HVAC systems, components, and installation practices
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Must consider safety one's primary job and must have general knowledge of safe working practices and OSHA requirements
- Must be able to climb ladders, work in hot and cold environments, and work in small crawl spaces
- The ability to regularly lift and/or move 50+ lbs is required
