Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems while educating customers on system functions and needs to lead them to informed buying decisions. Identify and communicate specific HVAC issues, maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job, and document all work performed per company procedure. Set up service or installation calls as needed while maintaining professional conduct and appearance. This role requires at least two years of residential HVAC experience, knowledge of codes and safety procedures, and sales/customer service skills. Candidates must pass a motor vehicle and background check. Full-time, year-round employment includes a fully stocked company vehicle, gas card, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services
- Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience required
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
