Job Summary
Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose residential HVAC systems while educating customers on system functions and needs. Identify and communicate specific HVAC issues to lead clients toward informed buying decisions. Maintain a fully stocked inventory for each job and document all work performed per company procedure. Set up service or installation calls as needed while upholding professional conduct and appearance. This role requires at least two years of residential HVAC experience, knowledge of codes and safety procedures, and sales/customer service skills. Candidates must pass a motor vehicle and background check. Full-time year-round employment includes weekly pay, PTO after 90 days, and a fully stocked company vehicle with gas card and cell phone.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in residential HVAC services
- Knowledge of the HVAC codes and safety procedures
- Experience managing a fleet vehicle and product inventory
- Sales and Customer Service Experience
- Must pass motor vehicle & background check and drug screen
