Job Summary
Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, conduct regular inspections, and perform preventative maintenance. Document service activities accurately. Requires a high school diploma, proven experience in HVAC, valid technician license, and strong technical and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Valid HVAC technician license/certification
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High level of integrity
