Job Summary
Conduct diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on commercial and industrial HVAC systems including RTUs, split systems, chillers, and boilers. Utilize electrical and mechanical tools to identify and resolve system issues while performing preventive maintenance to maximize equipment performance. Accurately document service reports using a handheld device and operate a company-provided service vehicle within a designated territory. Communicate clearly with clients and colleagues to ensure a smooth service experience. Requires 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time role with paid in-house training in electrical, refrigeration, and hydronics labs.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical ability test
