Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing HVAC equipment on national accounts, diagnosing and repairing units at customer sites, performing preventive maintenance, coordinating on-site work, and providing technical support. Role requires reading and interpreting product specifications, using hand-tools, and maintaining service records and vehicle/equipment condition. Regular travel with some overnight stays and oversight by managers, with benefits including medical and dental insurance and 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification or equivalent experience
- experience servicing HVAC equipment on-site
- ability to read blueprints/engineering specs
- ability to perform preventative maintenance and site surveys
- willingness to travel with some overnight travel
- strong documentation skills
- customer-facing role experience
- flexibility to work overtime/weekends as necessary
