Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for servicing HVAC equipment on national accounts, diagnosing and repairing units with hand-tools guided by blueprints or engineering specs, performing preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and on-site modifications. Role requires coordinating on-site work, inspecting and maintaining company vehicles and equipment, documenting work and costs, providing customer support, and occasionally working overtime with regular travel including some overnight stays. Requires reading product specifications, staying current on products, and serving as a direct customer contact to ensure satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC certification or related technical qualification (if stated)
- experience servicing HVAC systems preferred (if stated)
- ability to travel with some overnight travel (as needed)
