Job Summary
Service customers and site maintenance for national accounts by diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC units using hand tools and blueprints. Inspect vehicles and equipment for wear, maintaining records and notifying management of findings. Prepare for installations by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work. Determine parts for repairs, document all job details including time and costs, and provide technical support to customers. Maintain current product knowledge and interpret specifications. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and regular travel with overnight stays is required.
