HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
HVAC Service Tech responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Uses hand-tools and follows blueprints or engineering specs to diagnose and repair units; identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems at customer locations. Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested; prepares for on-site installation by examining building layout and coordinating on-site work. Maintains vehicles and equipment, documents work, and provides technical support to customers. Regular travel with some overnight travel; flexibility to work overtime/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Read and interpret product specifications
- Operate hand-tools and diagnose/repair HVAC equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and site surveys
- Coordinate on-site work and gather materials
- Document work, parts, labor, and costs
- Provide technical support to customers
- Willingness to travel, including some overnight travel
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends
- Represent company as a direct customer contact
