HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Manager/Service Tech responsible for servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Uses hand-tools to diagnose and repair units following blueprints or engineering specifications. Identifies, analyzes, diagnoses, and repairs systems at the customer’s location. Performs preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed. Prepares for on-site installation by examining building layout and coordinating on-site work. Inspects vehicles, quotes jobs, maintains equipment, documents work and time, and ensures timely submission of reports. Represents the company as a direct customer contact and provides technical support to customers. Develops sales proposals, estimates, specifications, and presentations; participates in needs assessments and product-selling plans.
