Diagnose and repair HVAC systems on-site at customer locations, perform preventative maintenance and site surveys, interpret blueprints and engineering specifications, prepare for on-site installation and repairs, quote jobs, manage parts and paperwork, and provide technical support to customers while representing the company. Responsibilities include servicing products and equipment on assigned projects, maintaining equipment, documenting work and costs, and supporting sales through needs assessments and proposals.
