HVAC Service Technician

Service products and equipment on assigned projects using hand-tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units at customer locations. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested. Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, gathering materials, and coordinating work. Inspect vehicles and maintain equipment by checking for wear, keeping service records, and notifying management of findings. Document all work, including daily time, progress, and duration, while ordering parts and recording cost data. Provide technical support to customers and represent the company as a direct contact. Maintain current knowledge of products for installation, operation, and repair. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and regular travel with some overnight stays is required.
