HVAC Service Technician

Service products and equipment on assigned projects using hand-tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose, repair, and maintain systems at customer locations. Conduct preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications while inspecting vehicles for wear and cleanliness. Quote jobs, determine parts for repairs, and coordinate on-site installation by examining building layouts and anticipating difficulties. Provide technical support to customers, represent the company as a direct contact, and develop sales proposals, estimates, and presentations based on product metrics. Document all work, including daily time, progress, and duration, while tracking parts, labor, and costs to return unused resources.
