Job Summary
Service customers on assigned projects by diagnosing, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on HVAC units using hand tools and blueprints. Conduct site surveys, coordinate on-site work, and inspect vehicles and equipment for wear, notifying management of findings. Order parts, document all job paperwork including time and costs, and maintain service records. Provide technical support to customers and represent the company as a direct contact. Requires flexibility for overtime, weekends, and regular travel including overnight trips.

- Regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed
