HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Identify and diagnose HVAC system issues; perform repairs on both commercial and residential systems including DX splits, packaged systems, VRF, water source heat pumps, DOAS, pumps; brazing of copper tubing; verify high/low voltage requirements; document and test equipment per manufacturers parameters for warranty; assist commissioning when applicable; communicate with customers professionally; maintain accurate work records and parts usage; stay updated on HVAC technologies and trends; requires Universal refrigeration certification and a valid Florida driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable hands-on service experience
- Universal refrigeration certification
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Confident trouble shooter
- Competent technician
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Experience with DX splits, packaged systems, VRF, water source heat pumps, DOAS
