Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance while communicating clearly with customers about service issues and recommendations. Complete service tickets and documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with all safety standards, codes, and procedures. Work independently and collaboratively to resolve complex technical issues, maintaining tools, equipment, and company vehicles in good condition. Participate in ongoing training to stay current with systems, technologies, and certifications. Requires 2–5 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in rooftops, attics, and crawlspaces.
