Job Summary
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential HVAC systems, diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, conduct inspections for optimal performance, and collaborate with team members on service calls. A high school diploma or equivalent, valid HVAC license, and proven experience in residential HVAC services are required. You will need strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service capabilities. The role involves physical work in various conditions and the need for a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Residential Service HVAC Technician or similar role
- Valid HVAC technician license/certification
- Strong technical skills and proficiency in diagnosing and repairing residential HVAC systems
- Solid knowledge of HVAC codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time and workload
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
