Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance for commercial and industrial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers. Lead Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations and contribute to troubleshooting, inspections, and system diagnostics. Maintain and inspect equipment to prevent breakdowns, perform warranty service inspections, document billing/timecards, and communicate status to customers. Participate in regional training and ensure compliance with OSHA and safety policies, while continuing to develop HVAC knowledge and certifications.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
- Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
