Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers. Execute tasks such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, and troubleshooting fan coils and cooling towers. Direct Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations and maintain all required certifications while adhering to OSHA safety policies. Manage warranty service applications, record billing and inventory reports, and communicate status updates to customers before, during, and after service calls. Participate in regional training modules and maintain a clean work area. Rotational emergency call support is required.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years related experience with increasing responsibility or equivalent combination of education and experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical school with HVAC certificate or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- Rotational Emergency Call Support as required
- Required license(s) and/or training card as required by local law district
Desired Qualifications
- Commercial HVAC Industry Experience
- EPA approved Universal Technician Certification
- OSHA 10 within 90 days of hire (Daikin provides this training during onboarding process)
- Current first aid / CPR card
