HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditions, heat pumps, and related equipment. Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections while accurately identifying issues to recommend appropriate repairs. Communicate professionally with customers regarding equipment condition and complete service documentation accurately. Maintain company tools, equipment, and the service vehicle while following safety procedures and industry best practices. Provide excellent customer service on every call. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay. Health, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 90 days, plus 401(k) eligibility after one year. Valid driver's license required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely lift, carry, climb ladders, and work in typical HVAC environments
Desired Qualifications
- Previous HVAC service experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily service schedule
- Strong communication and customer service skills
