Job Summary
Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems while delivering exceptional customer experiences through clear communication of repair options and upgrades. Build trust with homeowners by educating them on system performance and energy efficiency, then accurately document findings and sales opportunities in job software. Present additional services or products that enhance system performance and maintain a professional appearance in a company-provided, fully stocked vehicle. Deliver consistent, high-quality service to generate positive reviews and referrals, while participating in team trainings to sharpen technical and sales skills. Collaborate with customer service and dispatch for seamless follow-up and support teammates with installations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
- Comfortable presenting repair options and recommending upgrades
- Excellent communication and customer service mindset
- Proficient with service software (e.g., ServiceTitan)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various conditions
- Professional appearance and team-oriented attitude
