HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and equipment for residential and commercial service calls. Communicate professionally with customers on-site, provide high-quality customer service and technical support, and accurately document service work using a company tablet. Follow all company safety procedures and HVAC industry standards, maintain the company vehicle and tools, and perform other duties as assigned. This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity through Harvis Inc. with a stable, full-time role at Creative Comfort, Inc., a family-owned HVAC company serving Northeastern Pennsylvania. Required Qualifications
- Previous HVAC Service Technician experience required
- Installation experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
- Professional, reliable, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must provide own hand tools
