Job Summary
Join Strada Services as an AC Service Technician, where you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience and the ability to troubleshoot both single and three-phase systems. Technicians are expected to maintain safety and code compliance standards while effectively communicating with dispatch and customers. Additional responsibilities include performing preventive maintenance and inspections, along with a background in trade school or equivalent experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC service experience
- Ability to troubleshoot single and three-phase systems
- Clean driving record (maximum of 3 points in the last 12 months)
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
- Flexible availability, including weekends as needed
