Job Summary
Diagnose HVAC issues in residential homes, perform repairs, and explain maintenance options to customers. Conduct system checks for refrigerant, electrical, airflow, and energy-efficiency upgrades including smart thermostats. Visit clients from a fully stocked take-home van to restore comfort and solve problems that matter to families. Requires at least two years of residential experience, EPA certification, and ability to lift 50+ lbs. in tight spaces. Flat-rate pay plus commission with opportunities for weekly training and promotion.
Required Qualifications
- at least 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA Certified (Type II or Universal)
- Customer-focused and professional in appearance, communication, and punctuality
- Able to lift 50+ lbs., work in tight spaces, and handle fluctuating temperatures
