Job Summary
Residential HVAC Service Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential heating and cooling systems; perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and deliver exceptional customer service while educating homeowners and ensuring safety. Requires 3+ years of HVAC experience, HS diploma or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification preferred, valid driver’s license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of HVAC experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Technical knowledge
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
