HVAC Service Technician

Perform maintenance on commercial and industrial HVAC equipment including rooftop units, chillers, and boilers by cleaning coils, replacing filters, and repairing defective components. Maintain systems to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns while applying warranty services and directing Level I technicians through hands-on demonstrations. Record billing, inventory, and timecard reports accurately and interact with customers to provide status updates. Participate in regional training modules, maintain required certifications, and uphold safety policies and clean work areas. Rotational emergency call support is available as required.
