Job Summary
Fully inspect commercial HVAC systems, diagnose and repair issues using brazing, electrical schematics, and static pressure testing, and provide honest recommendations for new equipment or larger repairs. Guide clients through optimal solutions while leveraging AI-powered call review tools to refine sales techniques and close rates. Deliver a 5-star experience on every visit by building genuine relationships and educating customers on system operation. Manage your own schedule and appointments with efficiency while maintaining a safe, clean vehicle and adhering to physical job demands.
Required Qualifications
- EPA certification
- valid CA driver's license
- ability to pass a background check
- Physical readiness for the job: comfortable lifting up to 75 lbs, working at heights, in confined spaces, and in all outdoor conditions
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience servicing residential and commercial HVAC systems
- NATE certification
- Experience with Lennox and Carrier equipment
- A self-starter who also takes direction well and communicates clearly
- Sharp problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and mechanical skills
