Job Summary
Diagnose issues with heating and cooling systems, perform accurate repairs and maintenance services, and conduct seasonal tune-ups to optimize system performance. Use hands-on techniques to troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures while professionally communicating with clients to explain system issues and repair options. Complete detailed service reports, submit paperwork punctually, and comply with all company policies, safety guidelines, and industry regulations. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, with some evenings and weekends as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
- EPA certification
- Strong knowledge of heating and cooling equipment, controls, and diagnostics
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment
- Positive attitude with professional communication and customer service skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to serve the greater Sacramento area
Desired Qualifications
- 5 years experience diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems
- NATE certification
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan and Google Suite
