Job Summary
Lead the delivery of commercial HVAC services across an assigned geographical territory, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, servicing, installing, retrofitting, startup, commissioning and maintaining multiple HVAC systems (DX split systems, rooftop units, SWUD packages, WSHPs, chillers, boilers, pumps, cooling towers). Mobile role with company vehicle and tools; technicians are based at home and access daily work through company devices. On-call rotation and overtime frequently available; opportunities for skill development, training and career advancement. Requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and ability to work in physically demanding conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in the Commercial HVAC industry
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
- A valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Proficient at reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics and MEP drawings
- Knowledge of general safety standards as well as OSHA and local requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- EPA Certification Preferred
- Must be able to obtain clearance for federal and other local government facilities
- Must be able to wear safety gear (helmet, goggles, fall protection, safety boots)
