Job Summary
Analyze HVAC system issues to identify repair courses of action, prepare written cost estimates, and maintain truck inventory. Perform diagnostic troubleshooting by checking existing device layouts to plan procedures, while executing regular system checks and preventive maintenance for reliability. Complete repairs, offer ongoing maintenance recommendations, and deliver professional customer service by addressing client concerns. Adhere to all safety standards and regulations, then document services performed, parts used, and recommendations through applicable forms, reports, and logs. Requires a valid HVAC technician license, driver's license, and minimum three years of experience.
Required Qualifications
