Job Summary
Troubleshoot HVAC system issues for customers and understand system design while making recommendations and providing value to homeowners on systems and equipment. Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and maintain strong customer service throughout interactions. Participate in periodic manufacturer training classes and adhere to all safety policies and procedures. Handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS and operate heavy equipment. Requires 5+ years HVAC experience, EPA type II certification, and a valid driver's license. Located in Fort Smith, AR, this role offers uncapped pay potential up to $100k/year plus full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a matching 401(k).
Required Qualifications
- Fort Smith, AR: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
- 5+ Years HVAC experience
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record
- Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS
- Ability to handle heavy equipment
