HVAC Service Technician Apprentice

Assist seasoned Service Technicians in the installation and repair of environmental control systems by identifying, examining, diagnosing, and planning for equipment repair at customer locations. Collaborate with supervising field technicians, project managers, and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installations using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and blueprints. Enforce safety standards to the highest levels and maintain security and accountability of company assets. Participate in a four-year nationally registered apprenticeship program featuring paid instruction time, dedicated mentorship, and regular pay increases leading to promotion. Requires a valid driver's license with no major violations in the last three years, a high school diploma, and a strong desire to learn the trade.
