Job Summary
Perform HVAC system inspections, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on residential and commercial properties. Install new units and components, troubleshoot malfunctions, and maintain accurate service records while adhering to safety protocols. Provide clear communication to customers regarding procedures and recommendations. Work collaboratively with team members, respond to emergency calls, and operate with a valid driver's license. Compensation is up to $40.00 per hour with benefits including health care, retirement plans, paid time off, and a team lead vehicle.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as an HVAC technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency calls
- Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various environments
