Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential heating and air conditioning systems under supervision. Responsibilities include inspecting and maintaining equipment and ducts, identifying and starting up residential systems, troubleshooting and resolving issues, may perform startup testing and recording results, communicating findings to dispatch/customers, coordinating parts orders, transporting tools/materials to job sites, completing paperwork promptly, ensuring job-site cleanliness and safety, maintaining company vehicle, and adhering to safety and ethics standards. Requires EPA Certification, High School Diploma or GED, 1+ HVAC service experience, English fluency, valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and willingness to overtime; travel/locations may vary by site. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Solder/Brazing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to communicate in English effectively
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work overtime with little notice; weekend hours may occasionally be required
