Job Summary
Perform maintenance and repairs on heating and cooling equipment by inspecting ducting and materials, troubleshooting issues, and recording findings. Inform dispatch of system inspection results to offer ongoing service. Prepare for each appointment with necessary parts and tools, ensuring work vehicles remain clean and accounting for all tools used. Follow company standards regarding safety and cleanliness, and work with supervisors when needed. Communicate effectively with customers throughout the service process.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds on a regular basis
- Ability to perform the physical requirements such as climbing a ladder, stooping, and kneeling
- Basic computer skills including the internet, email, and Microsoft Outlook
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- EPA certification
- Prior related experience
