Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician in King of Prussia/Philadelphia, PA, performing diagnosis, repair, maintenance, and service calls on residential HVAC systems. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing systems, performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting heating/cooling issues, ensuring safety and codes compliance, communicating repair recommendations to customers, completing service documentation, maintaining company vehicle/equipment, and delivering professional customer-focused service in a field-service setting. Requires 3+ years of residential HVAC experience (preferred), EPA Universal Certification, valid driver’s license, strong diagnostic/troubleshooting knowledge, and strong communication skills. Local travel within the service territory and potential overtime during peak season are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
