Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician needed in Pittsgrove, NJ to diagnose, repair, maintain and service residential HVAC systems in the field. 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience and EPA Universal Certification required; valid driver’s license; strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills; knowledge of building codes; excellent communication and customer service. Full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule (7:30 AM – Finish) and overtime during peak season. Company truck provided; competitive pay of $20–$38/hour, weekly pay, ongoing training, career advancement, and a supportive team culture. Local travel within the service territory and field-service environment with exposure to varying conditions.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience strongly preferred
- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of HVAC industry best practices and building codes
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently in a field service environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Residential service background
- Experience servicing a variety of HVAC systems and equipment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
