HVAC Service Technician - $33-$38/hr + Performance Spiffs

Diagnose and fix residential HVAC systems, ensuring safety standards and regulatory codes; build strong customer relationships by understanding needs and explaining replacement opportunities for aging or inefficient systems; perform coil cleaning, calibrate controls, and replace motors, fans, and filters; replace refrigerant lines and vents while ensuring work is accurate and serviceable; maintain service records and explain warranties; communicate repair options and costs clearly to homeowners; participate in ongoing training, morning meetings, trade shows, and company events; must live in or near McHenry County and hold a High School Diploma/GED with a valid driver’s license (EPA Certification preferred). The role focuses on hands-on HVAC service within Woodstock and surrounding areas, with emphasis on safety, customer service, and continuous learning.
