Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems including air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, and heat pumps. Diagnose root causes of system issues using diagnostic tools, then repair or replace faulty components such as motors, leaks, or compressors. Perform routine maintenance tasks like cleaning ducts, replacing filters, and inspecting parts for wear. Maintain accurate records of all work performed for billing and regulatory documentation. Provide clear explanations of problems and solutions to customers while ensuring systems operate efficiently. Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and safety regulations through continuous learning and training.
Required Qualifications
