Job Summary
HVAC Service Technician responsible for the service, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. Diagnoses system issues, performs routine and emergency repairs, and ensures systems operate safely and efficiently. Interacts with customers to explain problems and solutions, adheres to safety regulations, and maintains organized records of service performed. Responsibilities include cleaning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems (air handling units, ductwork, vents, condensation drainage), diagnosing residential HVAC issues, providing expert solutions and recommendations, and performing additional duties as assigned. Requires 2-5+ years HVAC experience, EPA Certification, and a valid driver's license with at least three years of driving experience. The role emphasizes strong troubleshooting, customer service, and teamwork, with physical demands including lifting, climbing, and working in varied environments.
Required Qualifications
