Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems, perform repairs, and upsell service repairs to customers. Use Service Titan on an iPad to document work and communicate with customers. Requires 1-2 years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment; EPA Certification, with Nate preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record; experience with variable speed units, mini splits, troubleshooting components like contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant. Customer-service skills needed to diagnose and sell repairs. Denver-based role with Sunday–Thursday, 8am–4pm schedule; includes company truck, tools, and ongoing education.
