Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems while completing assigned preventative maintenance in client homes. Perform daily HVAC service work utilizing company tools and resources to resolve technical issues. Maintain a clean and neat appearance with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. This role offers consistent full-time year-round employment with a base salary up to $45/hour plus a sign-on bonus. Qualified candidates receive sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification, along with 150 hours of annual training and a path to leadership.
