Job Summary
Perform service, repair, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including diagnosing issues, troubleshooting, and providing solutions to customer concerns. Communicate clearly with clients regarding service needs and maintain a clean work environment and company vehicle while adhering to safety protocols. Requires EPA certification, two years of HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license. Full-time position with competitive pay based on experience, including double time on weekends. Benefits include health, dental, vision, paid vacation, and a company van.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC service experience
- EPA certification required
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ductwork, system installations, or other specialties is a plus
