Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC equipment, diagnose and sell the repair to customers, operate with an iPad using Service Titan, perform repairs with refrigerants and components like contactors and capacitors, and provide customer-focused service. Role includes a company-provided truck, tools, uniform, and ongoing education; benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401k with company match, PTO, holidays, wellness time, and insurance options. Requires EPA Certification and TDLR credentials, valid driver’s license, and strong customer-service skills.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment
- Valid driver
- Less-than-major-violations within last 3 years (driving record)
- Ability to use an iPad and Service Titan software
- Customer service skills to diagnose and sell the repair to the customer
- Experience with: variable speed units, replacing parts such as contactors and capacitors, handling refrigerant
- EPA Certification and TDLR, Nate preferred
