Job Summary
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners. Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to ensure optimal system performance. Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions while clearly explaining conditions and options to homeowners. Complete all work in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes. Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call. This role offers full-time, year-round employment with competitive pay ranging from $30 to $45 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
