Job Summary
HVAC Service Tech responsible for repair, installation, and maintenance of heaters, furnaces, boilers, and air conditioners. Role emphasizes customer service, safety inspections, diagnosing issues, presenting solutions, and providing best-in-class service using the One Hour service system. Will work with Service Titan CRM, participate in ongoing training, and support a Flexible, family-focused work culture. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm with rotating on-call schedule; includes company vehicle, uniforms, and potential for advancement within a small, growing franchise. The candidate should have a proactive, coachable attitude and be a strong team player capable of delivering exceptional service and maintaining documentation.
Required Qualifications
