Job Summary
Service and repair a wide range of Commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, and heat pumps; perform scheduled maintenance and inspections; diagnose electrical and mechanical faults; swap out or repair motors, compressors, fans, thermostats, and more; read and apply wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation; keep customers and teammates informed of service findings and recommendations; complete accurate service records; follow safety standards and local codes; travel between job sites; requires EPA 608 and 4+ years of field experience; high school diploma or equivalent; preferred NATE certification; 42/hour maximum with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA 608 Universal Certification
- 4+ years of field experience as HVAC Service Technician or similar
- Valid driver’s license
