Job Summary
Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioning units. Perform service calls, repairs, and preventative maintenance while identifying system issues and recommending appropriate solutions. Ensure all work meets company standards and local code requirements, communicating clearly with homeowners about performance and repair recommendations. Deliver professional customer service throughout the job. Requires 2+ years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time, year-round work with a sign-on bonus up to $2,500.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of residential HVAC experience
- EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
