Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and install HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and mechanical components/equipment. Perform service projects and small jobs from beginning to completion, ensuring total customer satisfaction. Establish and maintain clear communications with customers while on and off job sites. Assist in maintaining inventory and tool procurement for the service vehicle. Adhere to all safety procedures and policies. Requires current licensed technician status or verifiable experience in commercial HVAC systems with EPA Certification. Level II Technician skills include cooling tower service, annual maintenance, gearbox replacement, and hydronic system troubleshooting. 0-5% travel required.
Required Qualifications
- Current Licensed Technician (mandatory)

- Ability to multitask and perform duties outside of the scope of work when necessary
- 0-5 % of time will be spent traveling to job site(s)/office location
- Ascending and descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and/or poles
- Climbing stairs
- Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
- Remaining in a stationary position, often kneeling, standing or sitting for prolonged periods
- Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
