Job Summary
Troubleshoot, diagnose, service, repair, and perform maintenance on residential and light commercial heating and cooling systems while communicating effectively with customers. Lift up to 50 lbs, work from ladders, and use your own basic hand tools to complete jobs efficiently. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4:30pm with an on-call rotation until 10pm. This role offers a bonus and spiff program, paid training, and new vehicles to take home. Required Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform the requirements of this skilled trade position, including lift 50 lbs and working from ladders
- Ability to pass a drug test and background check
- A valid driver's license and good driving record
- Have own basic hand tools
- Tech-savvy
- Monday - Friday, 8am to 4:30pm, as well as an on-call rotation until 10pm at the very latest
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred!
- HVAC Tech School Certificate is a plus!
- EPA and/or NATE Certified is ideal!
